Interact fundraiser

On May 20th Mingle and "Interact" with both Interact Clubs who will be your chefs and servers for the evening. The event will start at 5:30 PM with Appetizers and Wine

Dinner is at 6:30 PM with:

Field greens with pomegranate, jicama and parmesan flakes in a fresh vinaigrette

Baked Dijon Salmon with polenta and spinach or Wine braised beef brisket with tart cherries

Hand crafted fruit tarts created by the pastry chef at Restaurant Martin

This beautiful 4 course meal, wine, and a lovely evening for a suggested donation of $50.  Seating is limited so please RSVP soon.


Must receive RSVP by Friday May 16th.
